Dutch Love Cannabis- Main St, Vancouver, BC | Cannabis Store Details | Instaleaf.ca Main Street was named one of North America’s 15 coolest streets 🏆. Admittedly, Hobo wasn’t around when the honour was bestowed but we do believe in making a team effort to carry that charge. This cool little boutique is built for speed with a few creature comforts to boot. Our aim is to make the cannabis buying experience disarming, compassionate and human. We’re calling bullshit on the stigma. Mother Earth put this good plant here with purpose—let us introduce you to a few of them. We were publicans first, by virtue of two decades experience in hospitality as Donnelly Group, running public houses, cocktail clubs and barbershops. Our DNA is rich with an affinity for culture, relentless pursuit of great products and warm service attitude. We’ve summoned our passion for these things to energize into this modern retail brand. For these reasons and others, people roll with us.

Legalizing cannabis seemed like a risky bet for Trudeau over 3 years ago. However as we pass year 3 of legalization the industry seems to be in robust health! Highlights from the Deloitte report:

It is also estimated an additional $29B was generated through capital expenditures in no small part to the large construction projects needed to develop the facilities to both grow and distribute cannabis across Canada.
Moreover, the industry has generated over 151,000 jobs and put over $15B into government coffers. Another way of looking at the economic contribution is that for every $1.00 of revenue or capital expenditure the industry adds $1.09 to Canada's GDP which shows a positive return which all successful industries need to have.
